Dr. Anton Dmitrienko (PDF) |
Dr. Dmitrienko grew up in the city of Nizhni Novgorod, Russia. After completion of his Master's degree in solid-state chemistry he moved to St. Catharines where he did his PhD degree in main group chemistry under supervision of Dr. Georgii Nikonov. Besides detwinning and modeling disturbingly disordered crystals in his spare time he enjoys playing piano, recreational volleyball and adores hiking.

Graduate Researcher Positions
We often have open MSc/PhD positions for Canadian citizens and permanent resident who are intereted in our research, just send a quick email to nvukotic@uwindsor.ca if you are interested and I would be more than happy to start a conversaton. Thanks for visiting!

Postdoctoral Researchers
We currently have one open post-doctoral fellow (PDF) position: Postdoctoral fellows holding external funding are always welcome to apply. Please note that due to the volume of applications that are received, only qualified applicants will be contacted.
Industrial PDF Position(s):
PDF: Crystallographic Software Development ($60,000+ depending on experience)
Applications are invited for one Mitacs industrial postdoctoral position available in crystallographic software development. The position requires knowledge of crystallography and programming (python, C+). Experience in UI design and code versioning tools, such as Git would also be an asset. The PDF would work closely with the software development team at PROTO. Applicants should contact Dr. Vukotic by e-mail (nvukotic@uwindsor.ca) with a statement of interest and curriculum vitae including the contact information for 2-3 references. This position requires a formal application to Mitacs that will be completed with the help of the applicant and is supported by our industry sponsor, PROTO Mfg.
